We are looking for a new Senior Financial Control & Reporting Manager to join our growing Finance team here in London. This role, reporting to the Finance Director, will play an integral role in developing our financial model to meet the needs of our high-growth business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of overall day to day financial accounting for the Bank
  • Driving improvement to financial controls, processes and systems within finance.
  • Working closely with non-finance to train and answer queries in relation to reporting, financial controls and systems.
  • Manage a small team
  • Production of year-end financial statements and lead on the annual audit process in co-ordination with the wider finance team
  • Produce technical reports on relevant accounting standards and their impact on the organisation

Requirements

Essential:

  • Fully Chartered Accountant (ICAEW or equivalent)
  • Audit Financial Services Experience essential

Preferred:

  • Listed company experience
  • Small hands on team experience
